Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than - 48 Hours in advance will be required to pay 50% of their planned treatment. 24 Hours in advance will be required to pay 90% of their planned treatment. No shows will be required to pay 90% of their planned treatment cost and will jeopardise the ability to make future bookings. Rescheduling appointments is permitted providing sufficient notice is given, if less than 24 Hours it will be deemed a cancellation and charged accordingly. Do not bring young children or babies to your appointment. Failure to comply will result in refusal of treatment and a 90% cancellation charge. Cancellation fees are to be settled no later than the time of missed appointment or risk the possibility of booking treatments in the future.
